This article contains spoilers for the endgame of Blaster Master Zero 3.

BLASTER MASTER ZERO 3 ORIGINAL SOUNDTRACK (ブラスターマスターゼロ3 オリジナルサウンドトラック) is the official soundtrack of Blaster Master Zero 3. It was composed by Inti Creates' internal sound team, III, and contains 37 tracks: 32 from Blaster Master Zero 3 and 5 from Blaster Master Zero 2 DLC (EX Character Mode and Kanna Raising Simulator). The soundtrack was released in Japan on August 20, 2021 and was released in North America by Limited Run Games in October 2021 and was included in Blaster Master Zero 3 Classic Edition and Blaster Master Zero 3 Collector's Edition for the Nintendo Switch and Sony PlayStation 4.

    - Plays during the opening prologue (pre-title screen). Contains a similar melody to Naoki Kodaka's original composition to the prologue of Blaster Master.

    - Title screen/main menu theme. Also plays during the game's ending credits (true ending).

  4. Advanced Planet (叡智の惑星, lit. "Planet of Wisdom") - 1:59

    - Plays as the dungeon BGM for Sophia Force Base, Sophia Metropolis, Mass Driver Facility, and Forbidden Sector (Top-Down Mode).
  5. Shock (震撼, lit. "Tremor") - 1:00

    - Tense theme that commonly plays prior to a boss battle or as a precursor to an catastrophic event. Slight variation of Huge Mutants and Foreboding Premonition from Blaster Master Zero Original Soundtracks 1 and 2, respectively. It is first heard in the game just before Jason's fight with Goez R.
  6. The Planet's Fury (惑星狂乱, lit. "Planet Frenzy") - 2:04

    - Plays as the battle theme for mini-boss encounters. It is first heard during a short enemy rush fight in the first Sophia Force Base dungeon.
  7. Rumbling (鳴動, lit. "Ringing") - 1:42

    - Plays upon defeat of a mini-boss or big boss and continues to play until Jason collects any rewarded item from said battle. It is also played during certain dialogue sequences, for example, when Jason discovers Eve's DNA in Sophia Metropolis.
  8. Sophia's Guardian (惑星ソフィアの守護者, lit. "Guardian of Planet Sophia") - 2:44

    - Kane's theme. Plays during most conversations between he and Jason and some including Jennifer as well. It is first heard as Jason is escaping the Sophia Force Base, just prior to his first engagement with the Sophia Force Commander.
  9. Gaia-Sophia: Supreme Vehicle (ガイア-ソフィア スプリームビークル) - 2:38

    - The first 10 seconds play during the cutscene of Gaia-SOPHIA SV departing Sophia Force Base and continues to play as the BGM for Sophia Metropolis (Side-View Mode).

    - Plays as the battle theme during the fight with Bloodstained Planade-G, which if the player is pursuing the normal ending of the game, this ultimately serves as the final battle theme. This composition is also a newly arranged version of Planade-G from Blaster Master Zero 2 Original Soundtrack, with the most notable change being the bridge replaced with an excerpt of NORA-2057 Eve from Blaster Master Zero Original Soundtrack.
