Side Jump is an evasive maneuver introduced in Blaster Master: Blasting Again that can be performed by Sophia J-7 and Roddy by pressing the L1 or R1 button to leap in the corresponding direction. Side jumps by Sophia J-7 can be performed in mid-air as well.
